RESET10 Terms&Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Reset 10 app or related services you agree to be bound by these Terms If you do not agree, do not use the app.  

2. About the app Reset 10 provides short wellness practices, such as chair-based movement, qigong, breathing techniques, and meditation videos.  

3. Eligibility The app is not intended for children under 16, unless parental consent is provided where applicable. Users must be legally able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.  

4. Subscription and Billing Plans, pricing, and auto renewal may be monthly or annual. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.  

5. Cancellations Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans run for 12 months. Auto-renewal may be turned off before renewal. 

6. Refunds Except where required by law or payment platform policy, payments are non-refundable.  

7. Payment Processing Payments are processed via authorized platforms such as Apple or Google. Their billing terms may also apply.  

8. Pricing Changes We may change prices for future renewal periods with appropriate notice.  

9. Subscription Changes You can manage subscriptions through the platform used to purchase.  

10. Account Security Keep your login details confidential. Notify us of unauthorized use promptly.  

11. Content and Updates Content may be edited, repeated, refreshed, or changed over time. Instructors may change, and the app may evolve, be suspended, or discontinued.  

12. Medical Disclaimer Reset 10 is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or program. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. No doctor-patient relationship is created. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy and its instructors disclaim liability for injuries or damages. Pregnant individuals and anyone with a medical condition, illness, injury, or other health concern are advised to consult their doctor or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating in any practice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its instructors shall not be held liable for any risks, injury, or harm arising from participation without appropriate professional medical advice. 

13. Assumption of Risk You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. Practice within your limits.  

14. User Responsibilities You agree to use the app lawfully not to copy, record, or redistribute content and not to misuse the service. 

15. IP Rights All content is owned by London Holistic Academy. Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal non-commercial use only.  

16. Third-party services. If third-party providers are used for payments or hosting, their terms may apply.  

17. Warranties The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind express or implied  

18. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.  

19. Indemnity To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Academy for claims arising from your breach except where such indemnity is not permitted  

20. Service Availability Access is not guaranteed and may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued.  

21. No Guaranteed Results. Results vary by individual and no specific outcomes are promised.  

22. Independent Wellness Service The app does not create any therapeutic relationship between you and any instructor  

23. Instructor Changes Instructors may change without notice. Content access is not tied to a specific instructor  

24. Content Updates We may edit, repeat, or refresh practices over time.  

25. Electronic Communications You consent to receive notices electronically  

26. Assignment. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or sale.  

27. Survival Clauses that by their nature should survive termination do so  

28. Entire Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the app  

29. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer protections Courts of England and Wales.  

30. Language These terms may be provided in English and Turkish. The English version prevails in case of inconsistency, unless local law requires otherwise.  

31. All content created, commissioned, or licensed by the Company in connection with Reset10, including videos, photographs, audio, graphics, text, demonstrations, and other materials (“Company Content”), may be used, reproduced, edited, adapted, translated, published, distributed, displayed, and otherwise reused by the Company, in whole or in part, worldwide and in any media, for Reset10, the Company’s other products or services, and any legitimate business, marketing, advertising, promotional, or educational purpose, without further consent or payment, subject to any applicable third-party rights or licence restrictions. 

32. Practice duration. Although Reset10 is designed around approximately 10-minute practices, individual practices may be shorter or longer than 10 minutes, depending on the nature and requirements of the practice. The stated 10-minute duration is therefore indicative only and does not constitute a guaranteed practice length.
